Laurel's Dick Russell Given Presentation for Service to County - Greenwood

At the Meeting of the Sussex County Fire Chief's Association held in Greenwood Sussex County Emergency Operations Director Joe Thomas took time to make a presentation to Laurel's Dick Russell for his service to the County. Mr. Russell was employed for 15 years at a Dispatcher at the EOC. He served from 1993 through 2008. Mr. Russell was greeted by his family and received a standing ovation from those in attendance in appreciation of his service.
