Laurel hosts monthly mtg of Chiefs, Fire Police and EMS - Laurel Fire Dept.

On Thursday evening 11/18 Laurel Fire Dept hosted the monthly meeting of the Sussex County Fire Chiefs, Fire Police and EMS. Almost 150 people were in attendance. The special presentation for the meeting was by Robert Gregory of Delmarva Power who gave a heartfelt thank you to firefighters for efforts saving his families home from fire some years earlier. Mr. Gregory then gave an informative presentation on safety around electric transmission lines and facilites. Thank you to the Laurel Auxiliary for the outstanding dinner they provided
