Blades' David Ruff was honored as the 2011 Receipient of the Philip S. Young Award for Lifetime Dedication to Delaware E.M.S.
Mr. Ruff has been an active member of the Blades' Fire Company since 1974 and has been active with E.M.S. through that entire period. He has also supported E.M.S. on a County and Professional Level.
