Poster and Essay Award Winners 2012
On January 6th the Delaware Volunteer Firefighter’s Association held its annual awards program for the winners of the 2012 Fire Prevention Poster and Essay Contest. The event was hosted by the Hartly Vol. Fire Co.
Students kindergarten through 3rd grade design posters on their assigned Fire Prevention Themes
Students in grades 4 through 8 prepare essays.
The Association is very proud of the program as it is believed Delaware is the only State that has a Fire Prevention Program that is available to all students within its school system.
