Carlisle and Ellendale Conduct Structural Training Carlisle Fire Co. and Ellendale combined to do Structural Training Evolutions on April 6th at the Delaware State Fire School’s Sussex Division. About twenty students from the two company participated in Fire Attack, Ventilation and Fire Ground Operations practice. The instructors were Keith Lecates and Ralph Karl for the session.
