Agencies Participate in Sussex County Emergency Operations Day Agencies throughout Southern Delaware came together on Thursday, May 14th for the Open House at the Sussex County Emergency Operations Center. Fifth grade students across the County are invited to the Center for tours and interactive educational opportunities throughout the Day. About 400 children took part in the program. Agencies participating included the State Fire Marshal, State Fire School, Georgetown Fire Co., Georgetown EMS, Emergency Management and State Forestry among others.
